Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Courier Partners: We ship through reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Transit Time: 5–7 business days.*
- Variations: Delivery times may be affected by your location, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or changes are not possible.
- Orders refused at delivery will be refunded only for the product value; shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Refund Policy
- Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 15–20 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
- Mode: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary according to your bank and national holidays.
Delivery Concerns & Package Issues
- Report any delivery‑related issues (missing, wrong, or damaged items) to care@stemcellveda.com within 24 hours of receipt.
- All parcels undergo rigorous quality checks and secure packaging. Therefore, leakage or breakage claims are not eligible for refund or replacement.
International Orders
- We currently do not offer refunds or returns on international orders once payment is confirmed and processing has begun.
Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility
Replacements are issued only in the event of an incorrect product being shipped. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Submit the following within 24 hours of delivery:
- Full name, mobile number, and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of both the outer courier box and inner product packaging

Processing Timeline
- Upon approval, we will arrange the return pickup.
- Replacement orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping of the replacement item requires an additional 5–7 business days.
- This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on the official StemcellVeda website.
