1. Introduction

The Platform includes our website, mobile application, and any associated tools that enable the delivery of technology-enabled services such as logistics management, checkout, early COD, and more (“Services”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you (“You” or “User”) agree to this Policy and the Terms of Use made available by StemcellVeda.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the time of payment confirmation.
• Courier Partners: We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Variations: Delivery timelines may vary depending on serviceable pin codes, national holidays, or regional disruptions.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Modifications/Cancellations: Orders once confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, only the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded.

5. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Below Threshold: A flat fee of ₹60 will be applied for orders below ₹999.
• COD Charges: Additional fees may apply and will be shown during checkout.

6. Delivery Issues & Claims

• Reporting Window: Any issues such as missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported to care@stemcellveda.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Non-Refundable Claims: Due to stringent quality checks and secure packaging protocols, claims for leakage or breakage will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

7. International Orders

At present, we do not offer international returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and processing has begun.
